It was interesting to read what the article had to say about portfolios and websites. I sometimes would think about what size things should be, and we are always asking ourselves what to interviewers want? I found the tip about size of portfolios interesting: “There is an unspoken truth about portfolio sizes you should know: the younger the designer, the bigger the portfolio; and the more experienced the designer, the smaller the portfolio”. It was also helpful to read how lengthy a description of work in your portfolio should be, detailed but not too long. Flaunt stressed the importance of having a website, and that it should match your portfolio as best as you could make it. All these tips were very helpful as I move forward in my education planning to head into the professional world.
